We where at the Beach Club last weekend for Dapper Days. DH and I where wasting time while the girls where getting into their outfits for Magic Kingdom when we saw a sign for "Day Cruise Around the World." We had not heard of it so we asked and booked it for the next day (Sunday)
I think it was fantastic !!!! For about $150 plus tip we went out and cruised about the world. The captain stopped anywhere we wanted for photos or to listen to the entertainment. We stopped in Japan for the drummers, Canada for the music and my oldest daughter got some excellent photos. In Norway the CMs that dress like Vikings saw the boat and made a big deal about "the boat." I wish I had a taped it because my daughters where laughing so hard it was cute.
After about an hour he then took us over to see Hollywood Studios and dropped us off at the Beach Club. There where some snacks and drinks. The captain was very entertaining and informative. We booked it for New Years Eve. The captain told us the boat can fit up to 10 people (I believe it) and we can bring whatever food and drinks we want. We plan to bring some appetizers, beer and wine. What fun to boat around the world sipping wine and watching all the people and entertainment of New Years Eve even if it is only for an hour or so ... It really was very enjoyable and relaxing !!!!!!
