Day Beds in GF, BWI, BC, or YC

When you read the room descriptions for these resorts, they do not mention daybeds anymore, even at the GF. Is Disney ditching the daybeds as they renovate the rooms, and perhaps the reason for the omission in the room descriptions? Poly and Cont room descriptions all contain the daybed.
If anyone knows the chance for a family of 4 getting a daybed when booking a standard room at GF, YC, BC or BWI, could you chime in? Do you think a lot of rooms have them? It is really a must for our family make-up to have a daybed in the room. We are planning a KOTS visit the weekend before Christmas this year! I don't want to stay at Poly or Cont, I want the EPCOT resort area, but I would book GF too. I've got a hold on a room at BC, because that is a resort we haven't tried yet. I will put the daybed request as our only room request, but we are checking in so late I'm worried we won't get it. I don't want to pay these prices and have kids fighting over sharing a bed!

The Poly and CR have them in a majority of their rooms now. Since the renovations at the GF, it appears that they are also going into most of their rooms as well. The BC, YC and BWI resorts don't have as many, so priority would go to families of 5.

We stayed at the BC August 06 and we had a standard room with a daybed. It wasn't super comfy, but it did the trick!

Our std room at YC this past June had the daybed. We are a family of 4. My husband slept on it for a few nights because it was more comfortable to him.(He had gone down the slide at SAB and messed up his already messed up back!)

We're a family of 5 and our YC room did not have a daybed. They did bring in a rollaway, but it took up way too much space. I asked if they could move us the next day if a daybed room opened up. Luckily they were able to.

I just wish I knew which resort has the most or least rooms with daybeds, so I could reserve at the resort with the most.

Book the Contemporary or Poly and you will get a daybed. By the end of the year when the Grand Floridian has finished it's room redo, it should be part of the list. Even with the old room design, the GF still pretty much had daybeds in all rooms (for at least 4 people) except on the top floor, where the rooms are slightly smaller.

Thank you Brian, that's what I thought about GF. I really want the Epcot resort area this trip, so I just wish I knew which of those resorts (YC, BC, BWI) has the most daybed rooms. Anyone?
