Day after the press event

We're going on the 29th March for two nights which is the day after the official press event. I know that the new season doesn't officially start until April but I just wondered if, going by past years, any of the new events, shows etc will be on then? I just wondered if they maybe rolled them out early for a bit of a trial run?

Or will I just have to force myself to go back later in the year to experience them?

Im going then too. But going to be in the park 28th - 30th. I dont really know what will go on to be honest and was hoping someone else may be able to respond to you.

May be a stupid question...but will there still be a parade going on during the day?

The parade will still be running everyday.

You'll probably find that there may be some of the events on as "soft openings" limited to a few times per day.

Playhouse Disney Live would more than likely be open

There is indeed a press event for mmp on the 27th and 28th of March
It will be busy and at some shows there will be reserved place for the press
