Yes they do! It's probably paranoia to think the salesman that tried to sell us GF is sitting over my paperwork rubbing his hands together while cackling evilly!

Our HHI resale went 31 days in ROFR before it finally passed . It was like an eternity .

Any chance your agent hasn't told you yet? Most contracts over the last 2 months have been coming back in record time...

Did you search the OCC website to see if your contract is listed?

Unfortunately- just got word Disney exercised their right of first refusal. At least I didn't have to wait until Monday!
