David Mumford, Imagineer and author, died Monday

I just found out that David Mumford, Imagineer and co-author of the Nickle Tour (the best book on Disneyland ever wrtten), died on Monday.

What did he do again?

David Mumford worked on several attractions I am aware of including Universe of Energy, The Land, Jouney into Imagination (he was on the team that brought back Figment) and The Little Mermaid area of TDS. He also co-wrote some amazing books including Imagineering, The Nickle Tour and Walt's Time.

Yeah, his name sounded familiar. I just couldn't put my thumb on it. Let me go look through the Imagineering book on him. He did Show Set Design for attractions too. Man, how old was he?
