Anyone know anything about DAVH (Disney Area Vacations Home) Management Company? I am looking to rent a home at Windsor Hills next spring break and this is the company for a house I am looking. Thanks!

We rented a condo in Windsor Palms from Jeff and Lori (DAVH) in June/July 2004. Our condo was so clean I honestly thought that it wasn't a rental and some owner decided to give up their place for a month. They are a small family run management company and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again....in fact we tried to rent a place from them for our last minute June trip but they don't have anything that fits our needs.

With DAVH what you see on their website is what you get. 2004 was the first time we had rented anything offsite and I was leary also, but I happened to luck out and run across the DAVH website.

Nice to hear some positive reviews about DAVH. We have rented directly from an owner but DAVH is his MC. Sounds like we are in for a great time.
