IMHO I would not vacation until I was doing well on BS3

I agree that you should not be spending money on wants until you have already paid for all the thing you "had to have" & bought on credit.

I am in BS2 and just got back from Disney 3 weeks ago, but i paid cash. I know you arent supposed to vacation in BS2 but I am not willing to give up the family time with my kids and my parents. We are very very gazelle and I feel like our annual disney trip is a well earned break from that. One thing i did notice this trip was that I still used my envelopes (just renamed to tips/gifts/other) and that I didnt have an urge to buy ANYTHING!! My kids are at the perfect age to really get the Disney magic (3 and 20 months) and Im not willing to give that up just to be debt free a few weeks earlier.
