daughter turning 3 on trip

We are looking into planning a last minute Disney trip this summer. We were going to go for my daughters 3rd birthday which would be 4 days into the trip. We want to stay at Carribean Beach Resort..or Pop Century but there are 5 of us.. Would she still be considered an infant since she will be 2 of the first few days of the trip. We planned on having her sleep on the mat that comes with the pack and play... thanks

Viratamama4 is correct. We went last year the week of DS's b-day to take advantage of saving his admission cost

If it were me, (our family only uses the room for sleeping only since we purchase enough days on our tickets to be at a park everyday) I would save the $$ difference and stay at the POP (last year you will be able to do that).
The pack and play mats are not that thick. I would get a blow up raft type float (lounger thing used in a pool) to help cushion the floor if that is where you are putting the 2 yr old. Cheap, will not take up much room in the luggage, can be thrown easily onto a bed, and since you can never fold those things up the same way just pitch it on your return.

Yep, we were told numerous times when our two little ones were 2 that as long as they are 2 when they arrive ~ they "stay" two during the whole trip. Even if they turned 3 one day into it it doesn't make a difference.

Well, you already got the answer but I just wanted to say have fun. We took our oldest DD for her 3rd birthday. It was her first trip. It was magical, wonderful and just amazing. This year we will be celebrating her Sweet 16 there. They grow up so fast, have such a great time and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
