Dates for rpr showing unavailable foe 5 night for 3

Hi, We are bokked into POP for 14 nights in August but wanted to book RPR for 5 of those nights (tried 1 last year & not enough, decided on 3 but the offer came up so decided on 5) . Really wanted to do 5-5-4 but when ive gone to book tonight its showing not available for 25-30 Aug. I can get 23-27 or 27-1 Sept, so it must be available for my dates. Do you think I should ring & speak to someone or is it often like this. My dates are available for HRH for $45 more but I thought this was a separate owner & that I don't get my Loews (blue) benefits. Sorry for babbleing on, i'm just so disappointed as we loved RPR last year.

I know it is a bummer to call from overseas but that sounds like your only option to try and get things straightened out.
