What happens at the 12 month mark if you cannot contract till 8 months? If I pick the white hall room for our reception and we cannot sign a contract till 8 months does our date get held at 12 months? Or do we have to wait to confirm it at the 8 month mark ?

Your date and your venues get held at the 12 month mark, and you get access to a Sales Manager at that point. They will be able to start giving you general pricing on things, and talk to you about dessert party locations, things like that.

Helen is right. You just can't finalize until 8 months out. Even having an in park ceremony, we could not finalize until 8 months out. At that point they lock in the prices. Up until then, prices can vary.
