Date night in the Epcot area

I'm looking for input on a date night in the Epcot area. My DD will be at the kids club at the beach club. I've looked at restaurants in our hotel (BC/YC), Boardwalk, Epcot, and Swan/Dolphin. I just want something nice where it's not too loud and we aren't elbow to elbow with the next table. We are willing to go into Epcot for dinner. Not interested in Shula steakhouse or Bluezoo.

Yachtsman steakhouse at the BC.
Il Mulino - Swalphin

In Epcot - not sure. I would say maybe Chefs De France?

+1 for both Yachtsman and Il Mulino! They are both on our must-do list every trip. Keep in mind, Il Mulino is not on the dining plan, but they do accept Tables in Wonderland.

I can highly recommend Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club. DH and I enjoyed what was probably the best meal of our 25th anniversary trip there last year. In fact, we enjoyed it enough that we are bringing the kids with us there on our family trip this summer. Is there outstanding theming or views? No, but the service and food were both far above average. The tables are not close together, allowing us to be able to talk and relax and not feel like we were crowded. You'll like the price point, too.

If you want special and not crowded, definitely steer clear of anything within the park. Given what you've excluded I'd go with Yachtsman or Flying Fish (provided it is back open when you go).
