Date-based tickets - can I apply the value to a future trip?

Sorry for yet another ticket question. If I buy date-based tickets from the website with the frog, and I unexpectedly can't go (like I must quarantine or something) will UO let me apply the value of the ticket to a future trip?

I guess I am just trying to decide if its "safer" in the current climate to buy the ticket directly from UO.

It is easier dealing directly with UO than a third party vendor when you need to change a date based ticket
