DAS pass was issued to my daughter on our trip at the end of August. We updated it on our Oct 1 trip to add my husband to our group as he wasn’t with us previously. We are going back next week. Will we need to renew? Did the 60 days start in Aug or Oct.?

60 days I believe starts from when you first open it so it would be August. It's easy to renew

Yes your 60!days start when you first got your DAS so you will need to renew either on line or at the parks

When you enter your first park on your next visit to WDW, you can go to any Guest Services location or 'blue umbrella' location and renew the DAS. (I recommend inside a park rather than the GS window outside of the tap points, since that outside location can frequently develop a longer line with guests who had admission/park pass issues when attempting to get into the park.)

I recently had to renew my DAS, and it was very quick and easy to do at one of the 'blue umbrellas' inside of a park. I went to a location with no line, and informed the CM that I wanted to renew my DAS. She was able to scan my magic band, confirm my ID and the names of my linked party, and renew my DAS for another 60 days. It took less than 2 minutes, and we were on our way. :goodvibes
