DAS question

We will be traveling in December. My DS16 will have a DAS.

My question is:

We are a group of 8 (one is only 2). I was trying to remember if it allows 5 additional guest or 6?

I know 1 person will sit out of the rides with the 2 year old, I just didn't know if 2 would have to sit out.

The standard allowance is 6 people total -- so 5 guests plus the DAS-holder. You may be able to request an exception; I've read mixed reports as to whether that is allowed at various rides. Since the 2 yr-old doesn't have a ticket, that child won't count in your total guests.
