We were traveling with two adults with wheelchairs. My son is 35 with downs syndrome. My daughter is 28 with Fas. She can not walk in the crowds or take to much noise. She does not look disable in her w/c.
We walked into guest services and the CM walked up to us and said let me get your DAS passes. Never asked one question and went on to make our first return time. We were surprised each one had their own DAS pass. Throughout the different parks we never waited more than 5 minutes. Most of the time the CM told us to use the fast pass with no wait. We did not expected this so we were pleasantly surprised. I hope this experience will happen to others reading these boards and take some of the worry away.

wow I am surprised that they never asked what kind of accommodation you or your fide need in line. and the DAS pass is not meant to be the front of the line pass. but glade you had a great time

It's too bad that the CMs didn't see fit to follow the rules regarding DAS, but I wouldn't count on others having this kind of experience.

We had the same experiece in June. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and after we used our three pass pass pluses we went up to
guest relations and got my daughter the DAS with no questions asked. It worked out wonderfuly.

so the CM never asked what kinds of needs your daughter has, if so this is sad that there are CM that are doing this because the old GAC was so over used that it had to be changed

Exactly. And, letting DAS holders on without waiting for the return time. I hope this was just an anomaly.

It's a shame that some CMs are already breaking the rules.

Going to close this because it is likely to get argumentative
