My DW did this Monday, her first time to request it. After clicking in at 7:00 on her computer, and going through the steps, she was "on hold" in the chat section. After 30 minutes, she was logged out and couldn't get back in, just kept getting the spinning wheel with no buttons to click, and an error message on the chat screen. Here's where it gets a little weird. About to give up, on a whim she went on the app on her phone (android) and the chat was live there with the message "you're next"! She completed the video interview there and was working through selecting ride times when - yup, logged out again. Tried to refresh with no luck and went back on the computer where the chat was live there again!! Finished the chat there, entire process took about 90 minutes only because of all the logging in and out.
