i apologize if this has been asked before I was searching and couldn't find any information. We will be going to disney next month and this is our first time back since DAS moved to the magic bands. Last time we were issued a paper card. I need DAS for my 19 month old and he will not have a magic band or a ticket as he is under 3. Does anyone know what the process for this is? Will they link to my magicband or ticket for him? Thanks in advance.

No one has posted, but my guess is that they would link him on your Magicband

You mention you will have an MB, so I'm assuming you might be onsite so I just wanted to mention that every guest staying onsite receives a MagicBand even though your son doesn't need a ticket. For those staying off-site, a MagicBand is not required so I believe the DAS would be linked to a ticket -- and in your situation I assume a parent's ticket.

Enjoy your vacation!

I just got back with a friend who's sister is a CM and used her gust pass to get her in so that day she had no ticket they just gave her one of the old plastic tickets ( or what ever they are called) to add her to my DAS card I think they could do the same for your son

I didn't realize children less than 3 hot Magicbsnds, but lanejudy is correct. I checked the Disney website and it does say they get them.
So, they may link it to the child's Magicband.

Thanks everyone for responding. He will not have a magic band, we will be staying offsite this trip. I have magic bands for myself and other family because we have annual passes.
