DAS Chat Login Kickout

Today is our 30 day and I forgot. So I didn't login until 11:30 EST on a Sunday on my laptop. We have a lazy day so I decided to try. After a while I got that login message that told me to login or go back. I did this many times but still saw the same message in the chat box. I tried on my phone and my computer but just got a spinning circle where the activate chat button should be. Refreshed this page for 30 minutes on both phone and computer. I finally closed safari app on my phone and started all over. And somehow got back to the chat screen which I think I'm still logged into?

Is this just a result of a really busy day? How am I "supposed" to log back in correctly to keep the chat live.

I got kicked out about every 30 minutes and just had to keep refreshing and logging back in. You still have your spot in the queue. A lot of people have said they had this issue.

Their website forgets you are logged in as you, and requires you to log in every so often while you are in the long phone queue. I find the most consistent luck when the chat box loses connection to be : click the back arrow on my browser, this typically causes the site to ask me to login again, the DAS info page reloads, and the chat box reloads....usually still in error. Close the chat box, and it will reload the chat box, which will then turn blue at the top and show the active chat again.

It's aggravating, but it's been the quickest of all the methods I've tried anytime we have been waiting to reactivate my son's DAS.

I got kicked out repeatedly but it still kept my place in the queue. I hit refresh on my browser and it brought it back.

Thanks all. For some reason the back button method kept getting stuck. I ended up keeping the app open to the DAS page and just shut my browser when it logged out and click the app link to wake it up so I could sign back in. Was on hold 6.5 hrs yesterday but got it all done.
