DAS approved, tech difficulties w/ ride selections

Hello! I’m hoping someone can help!

I logged on at 8pm last night and entered the chat around 9:10 and was approved a few minutes later (all central time so they kept going). After I was approved, I entered the ride selection chat and I was kicked out while talking to the cast member and they ended for the night (or it appeared so). Is there an easier way to get the 2 pre-selected ride selections rather than re-entering a chat again?

Yes, you go back and select the link for those who just need to schedule rides.

You go into the text chat the same way as you did for the DAS registration chat - accept the terms and condition, then tap the ‘begin chat’ button.

Once the chat window comes up, look for the link I circled in the screenshot, which goes directly to the DAS Advance Selection text chat.
Peoples’ reported experience with that portion of the chat is the wait is generally short.

Also, the times we did video chat, we also kept getting timed out. Because it was early in the day, we were able to get right back in.
