DAS and Rider Swap

In Jan 2016 we took our ASD son (age 3) and NT daughter (age 1) to Disney and used the DAS. It was wonderful to have, and were so grateful we were able to enjoy our Disney vacation without the agony of long lines with our son. We are headed back this Feb, and plan to get the DAS again. My question is, can we get a return time with DAS, and when our time rolls around, use rider swap on the rides my daughter (will be 3 at the time of our vacation) isn't tall enough to ride? I don't remember if we did this on our last trip. I don't want the CMs to think we're cheating the system.

yes as long as the child with the DAS rides first then you can get a child swap.

Yes we use DAS along with rider swap. My husband is the DAS holder in our family, so he always rides first. We have never had a problem.
