DAS and PPO

If you are in the park pre-RD for an ADR, are you able to stop by Guest Relations and get the DAS pass or does this have to be done AFTER breakfast? We are planning Crystal Palace pre-RD on our first day with plans to head into Frontierland after breakfast. I know we will be able to get into the park early and that you are able to do PhotoPass photos and such before your ADR, so does anyone have experience with getting the DAS pass and stroller as wheelchair tag before their ADR?

Yes, Guest Relations will be open before your early ADR. How busy they will be depends on how many others also want to stop in early that morning.
