Darn Tummy Bugs

I have been battling some sort of nasty tummy bug since Tuesday night. I have had fever, vomiting, & diarrhea. If I didn't know better I would be freaking about eating those now recalled Austin Peanut Butter crackers about 10 days ago. I feel like I have been hit with a mack truck. I am going to the doctor at 2:30pm today.

Keep the Gatorade on ice for me!

As long as I am better by Monday, we are calling this a virus. According to my doc's office, most people who are getting the virus that's going around right now are usually better after about 48 hours. I am past that. If I am not all better by Monday, we are going to do further tests to see if some bacteria is responsible for this unpleasantness.

Corey is getting my medicine filled for me. I am really looking forward to not being nauseous.

Please pass the Gatorade!

The day after Xmas I got hit with THE WORST bug EVER...7 days of diarrhea! I went to the dr after 3 days and she did blood work and stool cultures and tests. All came back Negative!!! UGH! I got better on my own cause there wasn't a darn thing they could do for me.

Ps..I didn't even loose any weight....how does someone go to the bathroom constantly and not loose any weight!>?!?!?!?!!?

My grandson had this tummy bug... it was not great, 8 days of it.. Take care, flat gingerale, gatorade....whatever you can keep down and the saltines... 8 days that was his diet with bananas every so often.. he is not even 2 yet..

He was on Zofran... hope they give you something for the nausea.

I am getting better. The Zofran is working it's magic. I just am hoping that tomorrow I wake up and don't need it.

I am feeling much better today. Thank God! I have only needed one Zofran, which is much improved over the past couple of days. I am actually looking forward to getting back to work tomorrow.
