Darn it! I missed the signs!

I am currently trying to begin potty training for Holly and am bad at it LOL. Usually she will come bring me a diaper, then point to her diaper and say, "Yuck..Eww". By then it is too late, she's already went. Well she did it a minute ago and when I checked her diaper she was clean (I had just changed her) so I sent her on her merry way. Two minutes later a nasty smell is coming from her...I missed the sign that she was ABOUT to go, not that she'd already gone! DARN IT!!
