Hi, I already posted a thread on the wish challenge page-but I hadn't started a journal until now. I am 5 weeks post total abdominal hysterectomy. I am 37 years old ER nurse. I have 9 year old twins. I had a regular exercise routine up until 5 weeks ago-i worked out with free weights with a friend who is a weight lifter 3 x's a week followed up with 30-45 minutes treadmill and recumbant bike. on off gym days I would do pilates at home. I am 5'5 145 lbs-i would like to fit more comfortably in my clothes maybe even drop a size. this last five weeks have been tough-it is true that if you don't use it you lose it! my muscle is turning flabby! i am not realeased to return to wrok or do any more exerciseing than a walk. my goal is to at 6 weeks (next tuesday 7/6) get back on track with my eating and exercising! goal weight 135-wish me luck!
