Dapper Day hotel reservation ?

So, I was considering reserving the Grand Californian during Dapper Day and went through the reservation process through the Dapper Day website and when I got to the end it looks like the entire cost of your stay is to be charged upon clicking the I reserve this hotel button. What my questions is to anyone who has reserved this, is does it charge the entire cost of your stay or just the one hotel nights stay upon making the reservation? I called and talked to a CM which said it's just one nights stay that's non-refundable but it doesn't look like that. I just need some advice on this one. TIA

I did the same thing, and you do only pay for one night plus taxes.

Yes, they will charge the one night.....you pay the balance at checkout.

you can even call group reservations & have your dapper rate park tickets added to your room so you don't have to pay for them until you get to the hotel.

Can you go to Dapper Day with you AP or do you have to have specific tickets? I am considering purchasing an AP. Thanks!

Any ticket that lets you in the park that day works, including an AP!

So, I booked the Dapper Day rate for the Grand Californian for two days that weekend. My card was charged for the entirety of the stay. I called a CM and was told that it was a strange glitch, they couldn't tell me why I was charged for the entire stay but I was assured multiple times that I was paid in full and wouldn't have to pay again at checkout. Just my experience!

We have never reserved a room for Dapper Day but we have used very similar booking for another event and it is supposed to ...and always has for us... charge only one night and the taxes included.

The only thing different about the Dapper Days rate is it is not cancelable.
