FYI for anyone interested in Danskin Disney - Danskin just updated their site with race info. The tri is now at Ft. Wilderness, and has .5 mile swim, 16 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run - much longer than the previous course. Registration opens tomorrow morning at 10am.

That's interesting that they changed the course location and distances. I think a lot of women liked that the WDW race was on the short side.

Hope you've got your computer ready to go for tomorrow! Wish I could join you there and have a mini-meet, but I have another race at home to do that day.

I'm not sure why they made the course longer, except that SheROX (who they are now partnered with) advertises longer courses. Another reason so many loved Danskin WDW was going through the MK - we'll see how things go this year. I'm already registered, though! Once again, they opened it before it was advertised to open.

I'm sorry you won't be at Disney, but I hope you have a great race!!! You could always do the Trek in September...

I took swim lessons for 4 months before my first Danskin... I think you should sign up! Also, if you can talk someone into doing a relay, you can do 2 or 3 people teams. Can Kaley swim? Just a thought! I hope you can come - it would be great to see y'all there!
