We already decided on our ceremony site, sort of. It was originally going to be the Croquet Lawn for ceremony with SBP as our Pre-Reception because of our large guest list. We're now cutting our guest list almost in half, so hopefully we'll be able to squeeze into SBP for the Ceremony & switch to the CL for the P-R. Since we have both reserved anyway I guess that decision will be made when our RSVP's come in! I really would love SBP, but we'll only fit there if more people on our guest list say no. Either way, I'm happy!

So, I got my floral and decor proposal a couple weeks ago, so I thought I'd share what we're kinda estimating at this point. Who knows, it might help one of you plan!

Wedding Party Floral:

Bride's Bouquet: Presentation-style bouquet of white standard calla lilies and 2 full stems of white cymbidium orchids. Accent the bouquet with 1 clear Swarovski Mickey. Tie stems with antique white satin ribbon. - $350.00
1 Mickey crystal - $3.00

Floral Refresh for MK bridal shoot - $75.00

7 Bridesmaids Bouquets: French hand-tied bouquet of 11 burnt orange mini calla lilies. Tie stems with milk chocolate satin ribbon. - $945.00

3 Flower Girls: Burnt orange and white rose petals for their baskets. - $37.50

13 Boutonnières: Burnt orange mini calla lily with lily grass. - $195.00
2 Mickey crystals - $6.00

3 Corsages: White mini calla lily with orange filler flower, greens and a petite sheer white bow for the wrist. - $78.00

Ceremony Floral and Decor:

Sprinkle burnt orange and white rose petals on the altar table. - $25.00

5 White columns (without skirting) rental. - $62.50
Place on the bride's side with 1 in the center with a memorial candle and coordinating fresh floral accents at the base. Place remaining 4 round the memorial candle column.

36 Mahogany chiavari chairs with a white satin chair pad. - $459.00

36 Chinese blue organza sash tied onsite through the center rungs of the chair and into a bow. - $162.00

2 Panache vases filled with clear acrylic ice - rental. Top with a round arrangement of burnt orange floral using: chrysanthemums, dahlias, gerber daisies, alstromeria, and roses with minimal clean greens. Oh, geeze, I never did post my final menu--I'm going to do that right now!

We had shown our custom 3-tiered cake design at the planning session, but we wanted to fix it a little more, so we haven't actually sent that back in yet. But as soon as I hear how much it is--I'll let you know!

I wish my bridal party could go in the first bus, but the minis were added on mainly so when we're taking our group photos after the ceremony, we can ride to the reception (where the rest of the guests will already be...) But perhaps we could do a van...Hmmm.
