Dang, I might have to shave my legs today

The weather forecast is for 70 degrees today, much too warm for pants around here. One nice thing about winter is not having to shave your legs as often, I guess I will have to do that today though

Hahahaha I hear you OP! I love not having to shave as often in the winter. If DH cared, I would...but he doesn't. So hooray for me! LOL! I'm going to get a pedicure before our cruise and I've already been thinking with annoyance about the fact that I will have to shave at least once before then, and then again right before the pedicure!

There must be a line right at the US/Canada border keeping that cold stuff up by you. I checked for Northern MN and it is supposed to be in the 60's there today. Have you gotten snow yet? It sounds like Friday we have a chance but it won't stick around long from what the rest of the forecast says.

It snowed on Halloween , but it did not really stay. There is some in the long term for next week, but I won't be here . So I don't care..LOL. We are cruising out of Ft. Laud next week, so as long as my flight gets out

It is actually supposed to warm up a little this week.

I shaved yesterday because I was going to the 'lady doctor' and was told I would be having an exam. Did I have said exam? Nope. I could have waited another 2 weeks. But, then I'd have to drag out the weed whacker

I am lucky that my leg hair doesn't grow all that fast nor is it thick (and it is pretty light too). It's been a few weeks since I shaved-probably 3 or 4 and my hair is only about 1/4" long on my legs . I schedule my lady dr appointments in the summer

This made me laugh out loud!!! I had the same conversation with myself today. Do I shave my legs and wear capris, or be lazy, don't shave, and slip into pants.

The pants won (but only because I would need to wear my sandals with my capris and I am in desperate need of a pedicure!).

My DD's high school had a no shave November and one day at play practice the guys were all comparing and teasing the girls that they didn't get to participate and the girls said what do you mean? we have been participating and pulled up their jeans and showed their legs! Promptly gave the guys a look at what married life will be like.

I once told my DH see what women have to go through to keep up their appearance and he said Yeah but you don't have to shave your head everyday! (He's a Marine.)

Our kids do No Shave November too. DD was bummed because she wanted to wear shorts today . The boys do it too. DS15 did no shave last November but you couldn't tell This year he might have some stubble.

Well, legs are shaved (and boy are they white) , shorts are one and I finished putting up my outdoor Christmas lights. I am still waiting for my Boy Scout to bring my garland by to finish the porch, but they don't do that until the end of the month. I am trying out some LED lights this year, hopefully I like them. Gotta love this summer weather this close to Christmas to get this kind of stuff done .

Our kids do No Shave November too.

Just curious, but why? I've never heard of "No Shave" days in high schools.

For me-
Maine= I'll shave whenever I darn well feel like it. Not a lot of shorts and flip flop weather in Maine.

Arizona= I don't go too long without clean-shaven legs.

Wow... I've really never considered not shaving as a conscious decision! I have to shave every day... and if I go more than 2 or 3 days, my legs hurt!

no one said we really "can" go that long we just do! It isn't pretty but who cares!
