They said Master P only had 1 week to prepare since his son had to bow out because of a basketball injury. I wouldn't mind if they got another week, just to see if he will really dance.

LOVED the football dance that Jerry Rice did! That got a vote from us!

Drew was really good! I have to say they were my favorites tonight.

I didn't care for Tatum - maybe too much whining?

Kenny was entertaining! Not sure which parts were the dance, which parts were supposed to be funny.

Lisa was also on Days of Our Lives and she had those big lips waaaay back then too.

I had taped the show and at one point I think it said you are limited to 10 calls per phone number and the voting ends 30 minutes after the show. You can also vote online, I believe. We didn't see the show last time, but it does look like a fun family show.

I only got to see George and Lisa before company came over and I had to turn it off. We already had Tivo set for other shows so I could do that but last night my DH set up our new second Tivo so I'm set for tonight and future episodes.

Hopefully they do some good recaps tonight and I can catch up on the fun.

I thought Drew and Stacy were the best. Tatum did ok but she acted like she was on drugs when they were talking to her afterwards. She was starting to not make sense.

Master P didn't do anything at all, he just shuffled around a little.

One question though, where did they find those judges???

I beleive two of thejudges are former professional ballroom dance judges and the other one is a choreographer.

My mother and sister watched this show last season and talked it up. So I gave it a try last night. I thought it was a little borring at first, but after that football player danced I was cracking up and had to keep watching. In the end it was pretty enjoyable. I am sure I will watch next week.

I think it would be a better show if there were some more well know celeberties. I didn't know who half the people were! I liked Drew the best and because I had some knowledge of him, it made it even more enjoyable.

I can't believe all the people who think P deserves another week. If he had given any indication of trying, I would have agreed with you - but the fact that he didn't even move his feet or wear appropriate clothing and kept saying that they ONLY reason he was here was to support Katrina victims led me to believe he doesn't care to try. IMO, he filled the spot for the week so there wouldn't have to be any contest changes at the last minute (an admirable thing,for sure) and fully expects to go home.

I completely agree! You could tell he didn't want to be there. He didn't even try or look like he was having fun. When the judges were talking to him he wasn't even listening, they had to keep saying his name so he'd pay attention. If you are there to support Katrina victims - then at least look like you care.

His partner did a fantasic job trying to make it work, and kept a smile on the entire show!

Kenny is from ESPN. I was really hoping he would stay and Master P would be gone. At least Kenny seemed like he wanted to be there!

My heart went out to Kenny Mayne. He really tried so hard. I felt just as bad for his family who had to hear that Simon-wannabe judge mock him so badly last night. I liked the drawing his daughter did, though! He should have moved on at least for one more week, if for no other reasons than the pure effort he invested and the degree of courage it must have taken to do something so outside his comfort -and talent- zone on national TV.

Frankly, Master P should have gone. Poor baby. So he only had one week to practice. He still could have made even a PARTIAL effort to move his feet, at least. He didn't try. Didn't look interested. He said that he wants to show people that you can "get out of the hood and do something different." The key words there, Master P, are "DO SOMETHING" -- not just stand there. What a disgrace!

Master P definitely should have gone home. He didn't even move!!! How is that dancing?! At least Kenny gave it his best shot. And I think he would have gotten better with time.

I can't believe Master P didn't go. He didn't even dance. Kenny wasn't great either, but at least he was trying. I can't believe the judges only gave Kenny one more point than P. That's ridiculous. If P is only doing it for Katrina victims, he might as well just write him a check with his own money.
