I was thinking about what you noticed last night that Carrie Ann did:

Carrie Ann said something like we already know your scores will keep going up every week but then stopped herself and said I don't wan to give anything away. It was weird.

I'm wondering if the producers hadn't talked to the judges and told them to shoot for getting Charli & Heidi into the Finals, so DWTS can have their first Mother / Daughter competition.

That only leaves one space for the third contestant.

Poor Joseph. He deserved to stay over Heidi. I wouldn’t doubt if the mother and daughter team have a guaranteed number of weeks (aka $$) in their contract. Charli has the massive following for votes but the mom doesn’t.

And, man did she look mad while she was waiting for the judges to made their decision. We call that “resting B face”.

Joseph did deserve to stay over Heidi. He improved a lot each week. I don't think Heidi improved as much.

Yep, looks like we are seeing it go that way.

I know they are all performers or public figures of some sort so they are used to playing pretend. But it would make me so mad to be voted off by the judges in an act of blatant preferential treatment. We will see how the next couple handles it next week if Heidi ends up in the bottom again. At some point the judges will have to bend to the will of the votes.

If you guys signed up for Disney Plus just before the show started 4 weeks ago. Tonight is the last night to cancel before being charged for another month.

I canceled. I really don't know that I want to continue to watch this show if they are going to pull a stunt like get the Mother & Daughter into a competition, when there are others better than Heidi who go home.

We went through this already when we watched DWTS push Ginger Zee over others to get her into the Finals.

I'm certainly not PAYING to watch a repeat of that stunt, but with a different star.

And isn't this the same executive producer/showrunner as when Ginger was on? So he learned NOTHING???

She has been stagnant most of the show. Carrie Ann blathered on about the journey of creating a dancer from a non-dancer earlier in the show and then voted the non-dancer off in favor of the one with experience. Grrrrrr!

What they should do is get rid of the "live" format - pretending that the results are actually live when they are, for the most part scripted. They should just film this show weeks ahead of time and then show an episode a week. And we all know we are watching something where the results are already done.

Because they are.

Carrie Ann, in her drunken or drugged up state yesterday let it slip that they Heidi IS going to improve in the coming weeks. . . and we know Heidi WILL be in the Finals with her daughter Charli.

And since Gabby, star of ABC/Disney's The Bachelorette, just so happened to get the first perfect score of the season tonight it wouldn't surprise me if she's the third finalist over Wayne or Daniel.

So, Disney/ABC WHY pretend? Just film the show in advance and just have us passively watch who YOU have already chosen to win.

I'm tired of this show LACKING INTEGRITY.

So true, but I am in agreement on how scripted this show is, so it's almost like it's to be expected.

Ok I need to say something. I did not like this dance off round. Especially had Selma still been able to compete, that would’ve been 2 dancers at an unfair advantage. As beautifully as Brittany has been with Daniel and Sasha had been with Selma in terms of teaching and choreographing, it was an unfair disadvantage and should be done away with. It’s probably even harder with Covid (and for that i give everyone major kudos for doing the dance off with probably little to no transitional practice). I hope that mini rant made sense

I was shocked that Jessie got prom queen? That seemed like they were trying to save her from being up for elimination?

I felt that Charli didn't match Mark's level in the jive, but she's still my favorite along with Wayne. I also like Gabby, I like her sarcasm.

Sorry to see Joseph go, I liked his enthusiasm.

I'm ready to see Heidi, Jordin and Trevor go home. I can't put my finger on it but I don't like him, even though he is easy on the eyes.
