I ordered a lounge fly back from ShopDisney.com about 3 weeks ago. I have been using it for only 2 weeks and 1 part of the backpack seam is starting to rip. Does anyone know if there is something Disney will do about this & who can I contact? The backpack was way too expensive to be falling apart this soon. Thanks so much
 
There is info on the packing slip and on the Shop Disney.com site on how to contact them (email, phone or chat) regarding exchanges and returns.

When I wanted to exchange a defective tee shirt earlier this year I emailed photos of the defect and the receipt. A castmember contacted me about returning/exchanging the shirt and it was done without a problem.
