I think I'd be more weirded out if Megan Fox was in it xD
I can't stand Dakota Fanning.
She's a terrible actress who gets hired because she looks like she's 5
When I picture Jane, I picture this kid that looks adorable in the evil type way. Like, she looks all sweet and what not, but you can tell by looking into her eyes that there's nothing but plain evil behind the face.
Dakota may actually be able to pull that off IF she is able to act the part, which we won't really know until the movie is out. I've seen some of her other movies tho and she seems to be a pretty good actress considering how young she is.
I mean, look at this picture:

Scary cute much?!
Or her charrie in Push

A little darker.
I honestly don't think she looks like a 5 year old. She's like 14/15 right? She's petite, but she still looks like a tween to me.
I made this thread to here what people think about Dakota fanning playing Jane for the Twilight Sequel--New Moon. Jane is a member of the Volturi.
Personally i don't think Dakota fits the role. She is to young, I think some one like Megan fox or some one older would be better at it.
What Do you think???
Jane is supposed to look very very young.I think she'd suck as Jane. She's too young.
I'm not indifferent to her being cast as Jane. I'm just worried that she will age too much between movies. Because... you know.. vampires aren't supposed to age. And she's almost 15 now so the timespan between Eclipse and Breaking Dawn will be a while. I'm not that sure if she'd be able to stay looking so young when she's suddenly 17 or 18 doing Breaking Dawn.
People do look different when they're 15 than 18...
Ooooh, I disagree. I'm in college right now & I'm only 16. I blend right in. Most the girls look just like me (age-wise, fashion-wise, etc). Nobody can tell that I'm actually younger than all of them.Definitely.
Although I'm 14 and I get mistaken for a college student all the time. But with most people, its easy to tell if they are in high school or college

Well, I'm talking developmentally. Girls LOOK the same, but the way they act is totally different.Oh my gosh I'm so jealous. I really want to get ahead in school this summer so that I could graduate a year early. But I get asked all the time what college I go to, or if I'm on a college campus, what dorm I'm in. I think its funny. Around where I live, most high schoolers are really trashy and slutty and just overall jerks. It gets better at the local colleges though. But I guess that is just my experience.
