I was just looking through the latest dietary reference sheets and I saw that they're listing the following brands of milks.
* Silk soy
* Silk almond
* Pacific rice
* Lactaid (yes it's got dairy but I was surprised to see it listed since I had never heard of it being at WDW before).

Not all of these are at all locations but it does seem like Silk soy is listed at most. I was so upset when they changed to Kikkomann because it contains gluten but Silk is gluten free. I've also been reading reports from people over the past several months saying that they haven't been able to find Pacific rice milk at places where we've gotten it in the past (reports on the restaurant board; oddly enough none over here) but it's showing on the reference sheets at places where we've gotten it.

Has anybody seen these recently? The pictures I've seen of coolers have shown what looks like cartons of Kikkomann but maybe those are older pictures? The gluten free reference sheet is dated 11/20/2013 and the dairy reference sheet is dated 09/13/2013.

If August is recently, there was Silk Almond at the YC in the club lounge.

We were told by the resort dining manger (I am guessing that was his title) that if your resort does not have it and it is needed for allergy reasons they will have it brought over from another resort. Obviously you still have to purchase the milk but they will bring it over. My daughter has a milk allergy.

I didn't see Pacific (or any) rice milk at Mara, Gasaparilla, or Landscape of Flavors in Dec.... Only Silk Soy..... I would have bought gf rice or almond if I saw it.

Historically the rice milk hasn't been in the coolers. It's always been something we've had to ask a chef to bring us and it's been served in a cup, not a single serving carton. I've spoken with a couple chefs at AKL and they've all said they have Pacific rice milk which they'll be using for our food so I assume I can ask for it at Mara as well if DD13 wants it (she typically only wants milk for cereal or for cooking with).

It sounds like the almond milk is hit or miss.

I'm so glad to hear that they've gone back to Silk for the soy milk. So many people couldn't have the Kikkoman due to it having gluten. That move always bugged me.

It's good to hear that people are being told that they'll bring in different milks if needed for allergy reasons when asked.

That is interesting news. We aren't GF so Kikkoman wasn't a problem for us from an ingredient standpoint, but DS didn't like it because it tasted different from the Silk he's used to drinking at home.

Thanks, Clan. I didn't know I could ask for it. Still learning to ask for specific things. I don't tolerate soy very well, but better than dairy, so in a pinch, I'll buy a silk soy & only drink part of it (usually enough to take my meds)

Hoping to get back down in a month for a few months.When I get back down, I'll be glad to post what I find in general. I usually eat at least 2-3 meals in WDW a week when I'm/we're down there.

Where can I find the dietary reference sheet? My little guy is lactose intol and will not touch soy milk. He loves Lactose milk. I'd like to know where I can find Lactaid for him to drink on our up coming trip.

Thanks!!

Sorry if I am late but I believe there should be info about the DF/GF milks served at the qs/ts locations on glutenfreedairyfreewdw.com . This website has alot of info about dining at the resturaunts in WDW.
