This weekend we went to WDW for my birthday celebration. I am allergic to dairy, aspartame, shellfish and mango. At every meal everything was done to provide meals that were safe for me.
First night at Pop Century hamburger with bacon on a tapioca bun with chips on the side. Oil that is used to fry although separate during frying is mixed during the filtering process so no fried foods were really safe. This is true through out the resorts.
Breakfast at Pop: liquid eggs have milk in them so the chef made me an omelet from fresh eggs and minus the cheese.
Hoop Dee Doo Revue: Ribs with no sauce, steamed beans and rice and a salad with no cheese. Very good meal. Gave me way too many ribs. Fresh fruit for dessert
Breakfast at Studios Starring Rolls: Raisin bagel and green tea.
Dinner at Pop: Beef and broccoli that the chef made separately because the pan they use normally is also used to cook shrimp dishes.
MK: Casey's hot dog on a tapioca bun with mustard and sauerkraut. Casey's has no drinks I can have so that is a problem. All sugared, dairy or sweetened with aspartame.
Dinner: Awesome Asian noodle soup and a tuna fish salad sandwich. So good and totally safe.

Drinks usually is unsweet iced tea as this is the only safe drink Disney has for me. Otherwise I bring in my own diet soda sweetened with Splenda.

I have a lot of food issues and Disney is always great they bend over backwards to make sue I don't have a problem
