I think I have finally got a feel for our plans - what do you think??

Mon - Travel day staying in adagio overnight

Tue - check out of adagio, do EMH, early lunch at auberge, 6.30 bbwws, check into residhome.

Wed - Check out of residhome, drive to DLH, EMH, blockbuster cafe lunch, check in at DLH, dinner inventions, early night.

Thur - 7.30 breakfast, EMH, lunch Agrabah, cs dinner, watch parade, dreams

Fri - breakfast whenever, snack/cs lunch, dinner blue lagoon

Sat - EMH, late breakfast, check out DLH, late lunch walts, leave by 6pm

Sounds good! :thumbsup2

The only one comment is the blockbuster cafe day - I presume you'll be having something quite light to eat then as with a DLH breakfast and an Inventions dinner (which you need to get your monies worth at :lmao:), it might be a lot of food!

Seems you won't be unpacking properly until you hit the DLH ;). I would love to be a fly on the wall to see your DDs' faces when you pull up there :goodvibes.

Sounds like a good plan.

Doesn't sound like too much food for me as we always have 3 meals a day and you don't have to pig out at breakfast, I don't like big breakfasts anyway.

to be fair, the DLH breakfasts are amazing, way above the standards at all the onsite and associated hotels (although I can't comment on the HNY one, that might be comparable). So I can see where DLPDreams is coming from, its definitely worth lingering over and enjoying.

I also don't like eating a lot early in the day, so when we do the DLH breakfast, we do it at 10am or thereabouts, and take our time :).

Thanks guys. :goodvibes
Wednesday night is our first night in DLH so we won't have breakfast there that day. We will just grab a snack for breakfast before we check out of the residhome. I figured we wouldn't then get all the way to inventions without luch so chose Blockbuster for some baguettes so we wouldn't be too full for inventions because we certainly do want our moneys worth out of those desserts :rotfl2:

I really like the idea of late breakfasts but also like to use the time right at park opening to get on the parachutes or Autopia or Crush so we are doing a combination of breakfast times. I think on the days we are doing a later breakfast our lunch may turn into very early dinner. :rotfl2:

If you're checking into DLH early morning, I think you'll be able to get breakfast there - we did when checking into HNY. It doesn't hurt to ask when you get there. Have great trip.

sounds good!!!

cant remember if ur a shareholder or not - so maybe if u dont get brekkie u cud pop to salon mickey????

least now uve posted that i know where to find u :lmao::thumbsup2

i 'think' im gettin a vague plan, altho its subject to change at a moments notice!!!

Can you plan my eateries and days for me please Jo? :rotfl2: I am just not getting it at all with this trip! It honestly was OK before they changed the parade time but then to be fair, where would we fit the girls' (enforced!) nap in if it the parade was on earlier.

Plan sounds great now you have explained about DLH breakfast. But as someone said, it's worth a try to ask for breakfast if you are checking in that early :confused3. I suppose technically you are not entitled to it but worth a go! Then again, if you are keen to try Blockbuster then I wouldn't bother.

Oh, and I agree about the Inventions desserts - my only problem is I pig out so much on starters and mains I forget to leave room :lmao:.

Nikki - yep, Elaine is correct. DLH breakfasts are an institution in their own right (or an attraction!:goodvibes). Don't get me wrong, it's just food but it's the surroundings/the service/the whole package which is nice.

I think we will be just parking in DLH first thing before heading straight into the parks for EMH and going back to check in later in the afternoon so no breakfast for us. I am so excited about the breakfasts though:yay: and not having to go through the bag check every morning :yay:

We are not shareholders sadly but I will pack some snacks with us for breakfast that day.

I could plan for you DLP dreams but it has taken me weeks to sort out my own so I wouldn't like to guarantee it will be done before you leave. :rotfl: Your plans you had done looked good anyway, or have you changed your mind?

Now I just need to work out what times to book for. Determined to get it done in the next week.
