It's Sunday of a long holiday weekend! We have a party to go to this afternoon. DH is making brownies and cookies. I'm working on my swap page.

It's another be-utiful day here in New England! Sunny and dry and cool!

Morgan is spending the night at my sister's with Sophie. Should be fun for her.

morning all almost afternoon here.

still cleaning and re arranging the office/scrap area/sewing room
made room for the scrapbooks on the bookcase in here
cleaned the boys areas and moved e's area over where the sewing table was also need to see if they still want there scrap stuff? is it just cause it was summer they haven't touched it?

need to decided if I"m keeping the scrap desk or asking dad to build me one. Right now I use a sauder sewing table and while it works I miss having it out for the sewing space.

I've decided that the play room will never get to me so the boys might as well get their trains for xmas this year. Tom had/has a ton of HO stuff that has been packed for years and so much still at his moms. I know that Alice (toms aunt) would love to see them get into it as well. trains seem to run in this family.
So I'm going to ask his father to clean enough for tom to get upstairs and get to the last of the stuff up there. I doubt we'll ever get the actual tables out so...... they will start over. Guess that room will be the next MAJOR cleaning project. LOTs of stuff to go on craigslist hopefully that will help fund the train area.

Getting ready to have TinkerBean and clan over here for a steaks and Sangria BBQ - should be lots of fun to relax and catch up!

Kids have been a big help putting away luggage and vacation clothing and keepsakes. DH has been rinsing out snorkel equipment, and the last of the Castaway Cay sand (sob!) from our beach shoes. If we get time, we'd like to put up our (bazillions) of new Disney pins on our board - if not, we could save this until tomorrow.

I posted this on Satruday's thread too--oops. I was cleaning/washing my Sorcerer Mickey collection and I broke the hand off my favorite Mickey DH glued it back on, but, Mickey is still cracked

I have been cleaning & packaging all the fruit & veggies we got at the farmers market yesterday We also have 10 pounds of peaches and 10 pounds of pears from the marching band fruit sale. I know how to process the peaches (par-boil; peel; bag; freeze). Anyone know how to process the pears? No one in my family likes fresh pears or peaches except me and I ceratinly can't eat that many in a couple days

Oh, poor Mickey. I hate it when I accidentally break stuff.

Second coat of paint is on the walls! I am going to shower, and then we are going to go get Five Guys for lunch. It is a treat, since it's about 30 min away. Once I come home, I will touch up the ceiling, remove the tape, and see how badly the baseboards need touching up.

Dh put my new ceiling fans up in the bedrooms. And power washed the house and the washed the outside windows. He's on a roll!
I've been doing laundry and working on my abc pages. Now my boyfriends want me to go to vanity fair with them. We are trying to get mr Crockett ready for winter. That's what I've been washing all day. His winter gear. Ugh! I hate winter laundry. It's triple the laundry.

the scrap area is down to one little corner that was E's and it's a mess again. I've claimed the other desk for my sewing which meant the little table I used to try to sew on is now for cricut and cuddlebug.

I've got to get ruthless with my stuff I'm starting to feel like a hoarder and I don't have the space for that. I dug out the empty scrap books I have and they are now a priority. I've got to use some of this stuff. and I've got to scrap some of the memoribelia that is blowing up under the futon!!!!

Left to do find the other 1/2 of the futon and flip mattress
store last of the boys stuff in a tote under the futon
find my scrap desk again
clean the little corner where E's stuff was. I'm going to leave a bit of their stuff out.
move bookcase out of hall and into bedroom.

We're having a lazy day here. Just finished watching "Pirate Radio." Really good movie with an awesome soundtrack. All 3 of us enjoyed it.

I was supposed to start teaching my scrapbook class at Michaels today, but it was cancelled due to nobody signing up. Michaels is having a scrapbook day on the 18th and I'm going to be doing all the demos on that day so I will be advertising my class and hopefully get people interested. Everyone knows about the Wilton classes, but the scrapbooking one is new and we're still working on getting it out there.

Gorgeous day here! It seems that the "hurricane" blew away all the hot weather.

I've been catching up today with an old dear friend I re-connected with through Facebook. I resisted joining it for a long time, and I don't get as into it as some do, but I have to say it has been amazing for finding "lost" friends.

Waiting for DH to come home for our new Sunday night date routine. Dinner is in progress (I'm cooking - a rare occasion!) and we had originally planned to go to the movies, but it's so beautiful out, I think we may need to scratch that and head for a walk down the beach instead.

Room is almost done just have to redo the boys corner now that I reclaimed the other desk in the room for sewing. It's far from perfect but better than the domb little table I was using. think that might be what I have dad build, I'm so short that sewing on desks they are usually to high.

We think Five Guys is really good. I prefer In-N-Out, but since we don't have that here. They make your burger to order, and they have a dozen + toppings to choose from. FYI, regular is 2 patties, "little" is one.

Painting project is DONE! Tomorrow, we will put the hardware back on, and bring the furniture back in.

We have a Five Guys and love it. I like all the choices they give for toppings and that they make it to order.

As Hope said, the regular burger is 2 patties and the little one is 1 patty. Also, an order of fries is huge. We usually just get one order of fries and the 3 of us share it.

Spent the day scrapping!! finished up '09 & '10 DLR trips...did 40 pages the last couple of days!!

We are getting a Five Guys here too....looking forward to checking it out, love messy burgers!

Sounds like everyone has had a busy and fun weekend so far.

My big DB is coming up again tomorrow to finish up a couple of things and then we are all headed over to my DM for BBQ.

Making chicken and my sweet/regular mashed potatoes yum yum with corn on the cob!

Loft is DONE I can sleep on the futon, sit at the other computer, sit at both the scrap desk and scrap and sit at the sewing desk and sew!! all that needs to be done is vac the rugs.

Bed room is started all my cloths are put away and the card table is cleaned off and folded and ready to be put in the storage area. All dirty cloths are either in the washer or dryer. I'm being ruthless if I haven't worn it in the last 6 months I'm getting ride of it. I have way to many cloths.

tomorrow is the bookcase and the closet/storage area and then sort all the books next to my side of the bed.

Today was tag sale day again. Not as successful as yesterday but more stuff left.
Did laundry
Cleaned the shelf above the washer and dryer. Amazing how messy paper bags get.
took DD to ACM
made about five fall themed cards
