Daily Grind 8/15/12

Good morning ladies! Doing a quick stop by since I can't sleep. DD2 did make the sb team. Her basketball starts tonight as well. DD1 soccer starts tomorrow, and we are officially in full swing here with the first day of school today. We are leaving for KC this weekend and getting home later Sunday night. Then DH is leaving for Madrid on Monday for week Just wanted to say hello while I had a moment because who knows when I will get another one. Take care

Bible Study at Breakfast
Deliver cards for teachers
meet with teachers at Braden River
stop by and see kids at their end of summer party
try to meet with Bernice about VBS wrap-up
dinner- steaks, asparagus, potatoes

take boys to school
once over everything for the final time
spend day w/ PJ watching a marathon of pretty little liars
await mom's arrival, give her run down for tomorrow
keep emotions in check
pick up boys @ various times after committments
pack car for trip tomorrow

On my Nan, sounds like you all have hit the ground running! Rebecca, you've got a busy day planned too! I haven't been on the boards for a few days, swamped with so much stuff; redoing a china cabinet, errands, dr. appts., working on family movies, etc.

Today:
once over the house
organize and sweep out garage
drop off items to Goodwill
line drawers in china cabinet
plan meals for the next 7-9 days
schedule bloodwork
make more disc copies of family movies
hope to scrao this afternoon...

Good morning

Today is my 20th anniversary DH and I celebrated on Saturday as I'm heading to Nebraska with Sarah today so she can check into her dorm bright and early tomorrow

Hope everyone has a wonderful next few days

Michelle, good luck school doesn't start till Sept 5, and I'm hoping we can slow down a bit. Dance has been 2-4 days per week x2 girls. Cheer is 3 nights per week x1 girl. I think there is dance and cheer everyday next week but Tuesday. I so need a break from summer break!

Get cricut cutting
Start getting pics up on walls
Send kids to swim. Supposed to be hot.
Figure out dinner
Pick girls up from dads.
Bed routine- trying to get them back to a schedule.

Thanks ladies! I know it will get better. It is just always so hard for me to go back to work at summer's end, because the first few weeks are always hectic until rountinues are established and school kinks are worked out.
