Can't believe April is 1/2 gone......and seems like a lot of you are missing since we got back....hope everyone is doing okay, P & PD to those in need

dust
popcorn day at school
vacumn and swiffer
clean kitchen, run dishwasher
p/u megan
run to PO to mail BigGive (got it finished up last night)
grocery store
walgreens to p/u photo from water camera of Disc Cove
dinner - something from store
watch Lemonade Mouth tonight....Megan is
start sorting our trip photos....14 envelopes while watching the movie!

I think everyone is in the midst of spring breaks/ spring sports seasons.... it's just plain crazy around our house any more.... we have 2 in soccer; prom; SAT/ACT studies; Easter activities; storms; zoo trips; field trips... it's just a non-stop run around here....

BAMB is running thru security as we speak to catch their flight!!! 5 days of fun in the world... I'm going via text...

Today:
balance checkbook
do happy dance because vacation is paid for (haven't reserved anything yet as we are waiting til later)
get DS14 packed up for soccer games this weekend
have DS10 pull all his soccer stuff from top of closet and make sure everything is ready for practices next week
get Easter basket stuff in from van I bought last night
pull DD's flowers for corsage up and start working on that today
take photos of finished product and send via text to approval committee (LOL)
await text that BAMB has landed safely in the world
hopefully scrap 2 pages today (can't get in the mood currently and that is awful!!!!)
grab bobby pins at store for PJ's updo trial runs this weekend
drop of payment
pick up kids
homework duty
snack
dinner

Locate missing Debit card. I am feeling totally lost. actually got cash at the bank today to run errands with.

Pick up DD#1 at school
Dinner at Parents-bday party night.
Bed early, Easter egg hunt at work tomorrow. OHHH the joy.

Good Afternoon-

My SIL is safely at her parent's house recooping without children.
My brother is back at home with his children.
I drove back across the state and am at my own home now.

Things are crazy here as usual- we had 2 extended family members that passed away in the last 24 hours. One was a BIL grandfather and he had been in the hospital for a few months not expected to make a full recovery but the other was an Uncle's son who was around my age. He was killed by someone just becuase he happened to be in the wrong place at the right time.

Rachal- hope you find your debit card soon!

Lisa I'm around too just taking my word Family to heart and spending more time with the boys, they are growing up much to fast and L is over half finished with middle school and E has 1 more elem year where'd my babies go?????
I'm also working on another quilt for a very special boy! Legos and star wars are kicking my butt. I finally finished the 2 for my boys abt a month ago and I've done NO (yes NO) scrapping in months that will change when I deliver this quilt.
Hopefully CKC in 14 ish days will get me going again.

Rebecca, I'm so sorry for the losses in your family. But, I'm glad to hear that your SIL is recuperating well and that you are home.

I just got home a little while ago. I worked this morning. It was my last day as part time. I start working full time next week.

After work, I had a couple of things to return and then had a look around the stores. I found some cute things for DS for graduation.

He's off to Grad Bash with the seniors at his school. It's like Grad Night at WDW, but they go to Universal instead. He's excited since we've never done Universal. They'll get home around 7 or 8 tomorrow morning!

After shopping, I met DH at his favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner.

Now I'm catching up on things online while he plays a video game. We'll be watching the new Harry Potter movie in a little while since I picked that up while I was out today!

Lisa I know how you feel...now that Megan is 11, teenager is just around the corner they go on their tour of the middle school on the 25th...I am so not ready for her to be going to middle school....she is excited, so am encouraging her on the outside, but crying on the inside!COLOR]

I'm tired just reading your to do list
hitchhiking on another trip are ya

My to do lists sound worse than they are.... really they do... my kids are really good about picking up after themselves, taught that lesson early... they get a 2 day window if there rooms are messy to remedy the situation.. because IF I go in they know everything is fair game.

Prom is done all but trial hair do decisions and making her corsage which will be done this weekend... She prefers we make them so she can keep them in her hope chest...

SAT/ACT is 20 mins a day.. plus we have a contest going between me, her and DS14 on who can get the most questions right in one week.. so far we are all tied..but the math problem today has me stumped (I have slept since this equation)so I need to research examples.

Talking about middle school.. my DS10 starts school next year in the east wing of the middle school.. it's separated 5/6 & 7/8... wonder if we are having time to tour over there.. My DS14 was the first class in the school so I know the 7/8 grade side (they were the first 8th grade class to attend there) but know nothing about the 5/6 side (it's a mirror image).

Ok, need to rattle kids movin' and get myself ready we have an hours drive to soccer this morning....
