Dad's Electric Lemonade recipe

Does anyone know the recipe for Dad's Electric Blue Lemonade from 50's Prime Time? It was really good. It calls for Rum, Vodka, Blue Curacao, Sweet & Sour Mix and Sprite. But I don't know how much of each. Thanks
