D23 question

So we don't belong to D23 but I know that last summer they had a big thing at DL in August. Does anybody know if they're doing the same thing again this summer and for what dates this August? We want to try to re-plan our trip to DL & Aulani again this summer (had to cancel at the last min. last summer) but I am wondering if I might hit a roadblock on the VGC studio availability? Last year it was already booked starting the day after we were checking out&I was looking at flying on weekdays this year when flights are a little cheaper (since the airfare has gone up soo much from last year to this year) but I am afraid if I plan for weekdays that I will hit an availability issue if the D23 thing is the same weekend as it was last year. I keep checking the availability of VGC and Aulani on the Member website like 3x a day just trying to look ahead as much as possible but I am getting nervous. Everytime I look the availability changes (of course). This is so nerve wrecking. I will be glad when my 7 mo window hits & I can be done with this stress.

The D23 Expo is held every two years (2009, 2011 & 2013). If they do hold another, it won't be until 2015.
