D23 Membership?

I'm considering letting my D23 membership lapse. I've never been able to make it to the expo thingie, so it's basically just for the magazine. I do like the magazine, it's absolutely beautiful, but it works out to about $20 dollars an issue.

I dunno . . .

I let my elapse quite a while ago because I don't really look at the magazines more than once, so unless you do or are collector is it really worth it?

We let ours lapse as well as we saw no real benefit except the magazine.

Glad MoC bumped this thread. We were surprised last week by a pair of free movie tickets tucked into the most recent D23 mailing! The card mentioned that this was a 'random selection' as a gesture to give more members the opportunity to see Disney movies in the theatre even if they were outside the normal "free screening invite" circles. Yeah -- how nice!

We finally used these free tickets! Saw the new Alice movie last Sunday afternoon to escape a heat wave. Super!

I have finally decided to let mine lapse. We just aren't getting enough out of it for the price.
