Which D23 Membership do annual pass holder get for free?

None. There's currently the gold membership for $74.99. It's not clear if they've done away with the free membership or if you can still sign up and just don't need to login with the free membership to read their site. Either way, it's totally separate from having an AP.

Exactly. D23 is actually under the Disney Store division, not under Parks and Resorts. So it has nothing directly to do with Disneyland. D23 membership and Annual Passes are completely separate, but we know lots of people who have both.
