Hi guys! 2 quick questions about this weekend

- Can you get 2 stagepasses for 2 panels at once? Sun I was looking at Women of Imagineering and the Voices of the Parks, both being in the 9am stagepass giveaway slot.

- For panels that start at 10am, if I line up early in Hall E, I just get in the show floor line and when the expo opens, go upstairs to the panel line right?

Thanks!

1 - No you can only have 1 stagepass during each period.

2- Which panel are you talking about? Hall E line ups are only for Hall D23. The overnight line ups for all other panels (and thus just standard entrance) will most likely be elsewhere. Not 100% sure where that was last year. Hall E line ups you just go straight into Hall D23.

I want to see the Marc Davis panel on Sat. I was thinking that w/ the panel starting at 10, and it being a sell-out that day and people getting in line for the marvel wristbands the line to get into the expo that morning would be longer than normal.

@kim3339 Hall E also housed the overnight queue for the show floor in 2015 (see photo)

Most likely it will still be in Hall E, but do as instructed by the official Things to Know and enter through the lobby and follow the signage to the correct queue. If they follow the same route as 2015, they will split the overnight show floor line between shopping and early panels some time in the morning. That said, I've not seen anything officially, so take it with a grain of salt.

I believe in the area that the do the show floor line ups they may have smaller lines for the other panels but you can never be sure. I just don't remember the other panels doing over night in Hall E you just had to find the right line.

Ah I guess I was in that area Sunday only so they weren't using that back area any more. So maybe it will be Hall E. I guess the rule of thumb is follow the signs. By Saturday they will know what is up on site.

I might just be missing this piece of information, but I don't see it. Have they announced when the cutoff for inside vs outside waiting will be? I think last time it was before 6am or 7am you waited inside and after you waited outside. We're not doing any big morning panels so no need to wait overnight, but we do want to make sure we are through security and tickets checked before they open at 9am.

6 am

This is my first expo. So, to clarify, if you are going to a morning Hall D23 presentation but NOT waiting overnight AND you get there before 6am you can still line up inside Hall E? If you get there after 6am is there a separate line for Hall D23 presentations or do you line up in the regular line and book it to Hall E? I understand that past experience is not confirmation for 2017.

That is how I understand it. Of course if Hall E is at capacity before 6 am you may still end up outside. 6 am doesn't seem to be an official time I guess I got the 6 am from Sunday so it may just be when Hall E reaches capacity then the rest moves outside.

Has anyone seen (or does anyone know) how to get a printed copy of the Showroom Floor and breakdown map of the Emporium vendors?

I know we will have maps in our guidebooks once we get inside the ACC, but I would love to have a hard copy now to highlight areas and organize my plan of attack.

I'm not as enamored with this year's app....

Just a heads up...it's going to be both hot and humid this weekend. Our humidity will be swinging up, usually we are a bit more dryer (Southern California is a semi-arid desert, after all), but we're getting moisture from the South.

The ACC will still be cool, but make sure you dress appropriately for the weather outside the ACC too. Layers!

It's been so hot in Austin Texas these past few weeks I swear I'm going to randomly go up in flames one of these times when I walk outside.

I don't know of a way :(

I just spent the afternoon copying down all my wants from the stuff from the app onto my printed copies of the panel schedule. I wanted to see how things stacked up time wise.

Here is a copy of the Emporium Floor plan. Look back a few pages for images of the complete map that is formatted for a print version (not app) that I posted for everything else on the showfloor.

For everyone asking about lines (Specifically that last paragraph)

MickeyTotallyRock Thank you! Thank you!
I went back to look for the showroom floor map and see in your post from Friday (#992) that two images may have been posted, but I am not able to bring up anything.
