I just can't believe how close we are! My best friend and I just went through the schedule and mostly figured everything out. Sunday is still stumping us. I have 6 panels favorited for that day.
OK, I am really frustrated with the lack of a schedule online. The app has it. Am I missing something on the D23 website?

Online has only had the major panels which are there. The smaller stuff that happens on the floor and signings and stuff are in app and in book you can pick up at Expo.

I am washing clothes and packing. Long day at work tomorrow to then pack and have my quarterly dental cleaning on Tuesday and off to DL mid day! Can't wait.

You leave so soon! I have to work through Thursday. :guilty: Hopefully you'll update throughout the week, especially on Thursday!

As @wilkeliza said, the schedule online has the main panels and the app has the full schedule. It has things I didn't even know were happening, such as the Susan Egan Belle of Broadway thing that is at the exact same time as Voices of Disney Parks (HUGE Susan Egan fan here - this is my hardest decision of all)!

I'll definitely update everyone on Thursday and ask as many questions as I can plus photos etc. Hoping to get as much show floor done as possible Thursday.

Can't wait!

The next 3 days are going to go very slowly. I swear it was just last month I was leaving the last Expo saying I couldn't believe it would be two years until the next one. And here we are.

I kind of don't like that the expo is next week because that means my wedding is slowly creeping up and i still have so much to do haha.

Started packing. I have to work for 3 more days and will be headed down on Thursday. I've got clothes covered, but I'm still struggling with what to put in my backpack. I don't want it to be too heavy, but I know I need water, snacks, a book to read, my portable charger...anything else? I cannot believe it's only a few days away. I don't know what possessed me to agree to teach summer school again this year. These next 3 days are going to be brutal since my mind will be elsewhere.

Oh my gosh, that is so exciting! And also probably stressful.

I would bring a jacket or sweatshirt. Usually pretty cold in the convention center.

Not knowing what type of bag they may have for us this year, I also toss in a small portable shopping bag that is comfortable to carry, in case swag or purchases don't fit into the backpack. Mine folds inside it itself, is nylon, has handles Large enough to go over a shoulder, & when folded is about the size of a small fist so takes up no space but is sure handy to have when needed.

Very excited! 1st Expo and 1st time visiting DL! Need some advice on when to get to Expo. We have tickets on Friday. Our strategy is to be there between 6-7am, if this fails 10:30 or slightly later. Will these times be ok? We are open to the panels we get to see and spending time on the show floor, limited merchndise is not super important - but I am sure there will be a few items coming home. Safe travels everyone and enjoy the Expo!

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a Storepass question: I know that Storepass distribution begins at 9:00, but how early should I plan to arrive/line up on Friday to get one? I suspect that it's one of those things that I shouldn't wait until 9:00 to arrive for, but I'm a first-timer and I have no idea how to plan for it.

I don't think anyone can give you an accurate answer right now because the morning entry will be different this year. In past years, there was a separate line for D23 gold members, but this year everyone will be in one huge line together. How this will affect the wait time and initial entry time is anyone's guess at this point. As is true with Expo in general, when in doubt, lining up earlier is safer than later.

Oooh are we all posting our getting ready plans???

Let's see...

After today I have 2 more 10 hour workdays (bleh).

I've made my packing list.

I need to try on my Ariel pirate cosplay.

Wednesday will suck because I need to wake up at 515 am to check in for my Southwest flight.

515 am flights might suck, but it'll be worth it Thursday when I walk into the parks soon after they open :)

my family and i are staying at the Grand California Hotel and Spa for the event. we plan to go to D23 on Sat only and hit the park on Sunday.

Got the best surprise ever. My best friend in the entire world (outside of my fiance haha) decided to go to Disneyland this weekend. He had no clue we were going and no clue that the expo was going on he just wanted to go and decided this weekend was it. So excited and really hope we get to hang out a little.

Just a heads up...it's going to be both hot and humid this weekend. Our humidity will be swinging up, usually we are a bit more dryer (Southern California is a semi-arid desert, after all), but we're getting moisture from the South.

The ACC will still be cool, but make sure you dress appropriately for the weather outside the ACC too. Layers!

So are you thinking the Thursday preview tour of the show floor will have shops open for sales? Or are you not shopping?

We know already that the 3 majors stores will be open for Sorcerers and a lot of the show floor as well. I will be doing at least 2 of the 3 stores hopefully.

2 of the 3 stores because you think that's all there will be time for with the queues or because that's all you want to do?
I'm a sorcerer and was thinking I'd do all 3 stores...
