Cypress Pointe question

I found a really good price on Orbitz, but I have never stayed here. I wondered if, since it's a timeshare resort, will I be asked to take the tour, will I be treated like a second class citizen? I hate confrontations.

You will be asked but tell them your not interested and if they insist, tell them u came for vacation and this is once in a lifetime trip and we don't want or need a tour.
As long as you are not booking a promotional rate ( on.Orbitz, I doubt you are) for a tour.
We love this resort and location. We prefer the pools on the Grande Villas side ( they share) I find the volcano pool cold.
We will be there in 13 days.

We have stayed at Cypress Pointe many times and will be there again next week. While you may be asked to take a timeshare tour you can politely refuse. We don't like to be asked either and are ready to say no or can't commit now. We also like greenclan67 like the Grand Villa pools and hot tubs which they share better and they are right across the street. We have stayed at Grand Villas many times also. We like them both. It is great location. There's a grocery store less than a block away and lots of restaurants and a walgreens just a block away. And Downtown Disney is right down the road. Cypress Pointe and Grand Villas are our go to resorts when we are not staying at Disney properties.

I love Cypress Pointe and the Grand Villas (have stayed at both -- Cypress Pointe three times - last time last December and Grand Villas once). We just say we are not interested in doing the presentation. We don't own there. I've usually rented from owners on TUG2.net classified ads section or redweek.com. They have some good retail deals too like you are seeing. I've never felt like a second class citizen.

Like Judyat states, the location is great. They did a great job on their remodel too. This place and the Sheraton Vistana resort are the places I've stayed at most frequently on Orlando trips.
