Cypress Pointe Grand Villas or Silver Lake?? Which would you choose?

Trying to decide for an upcoming trip. Amenity wise, and overall unit size & cleanliness, which would you choose? TIA!

I would put the unit size, cleanliness & age about equal. But amenities & location puts Cypress Pointe Grand Villas way ahead. Silver lake is off the main drag but with nothing walkable around it. CPGV is in a planned development that offers easy access to restaurants, stores, services (and DTD 1 mile away) all by a short walk. Much better setting IMO.

CPGV is much closer to DTD. SL is very close to AK. I honestly think CPGV is nicer.
