Here's another view of Cypress Pointe from a satellite!
http://terraserver.homeadvisor.msn.com/image.aspx?t=1&s=10&x=2254&y=15702&z=17&w=2
At the very left side of the image is Apopka-Vineland road with the entrance to CP about centered. From the left, just above center, is Staybridge Suites. Next, to the right, the group of light colored buildings is Cypress Pointe. To the right of the J-hook shaped road, the next group of light colored buildings is CPGV, only the south buildings as the north area is still under construction in this image (Jan 6, 1999). Between the GPGV buildings the turtle pool is visible as a gray area surrounded by white. On the CP side, the volcano and pool are visible, the pool being the sort of u shaped gray area and the vocano just north of the pool, casting a dark shadow. Parked cars are also visible, so this gives a relative size for those wondering how far to the pool.
This site is also zoomable and scrollable so look around, see what else you can find.
