Cypress Pointe and hotelkingdom

Has anyone ever booked from hotelkindgom.com for the Cypress
Pointe Resort, but when they were assigned their room, given a a room at the newer Cypress Pointe Grandevilla's?
The site lists a $20 difference, just wondering if I should just
book the Grandevilla's for $20 more to be assured of getting
a room there.

i cannot help since I have not stayed here, but there is another a thread something like "Cypress Pointe confusion" on the previous page or 3rd page, that explains the newer section and how people prefer the newer. This person booked thru HK as well. It should help you decide what to do. hope this helps.
