Is this considered the same property? How far are the pools from each other? Web site? Thanks

from what I've been told, they are the same property, both with the same street address. They are just Phase I & II. The Grand Villas would be Phase II built in 1992. (info according to Sunterra's owners line)

web addy: http://www.sunterra.com/resorts/regions/resort.asp?resort_code=CPR&region=florida

ph # to the property directly 407-238-2300

(hope you dont mind me piggy-backing a question on your thread)

I've been wanting to ask if anyone has stayed at this property & what their experiences are. I am thinking of staying here for the Easter holiday weekend

we stayed in PHASE 2 and we absolutely loved this resort it was very nice and was very close to DISNEY.we only stayed there 1 night before we checked into OKW,we had a 2 bedroom and it was very nice.we used www.hotelkingdom.com and got a great rate for a 2 bedroom i think it was 89.00 dollars a night.
hope this helps.

We have stayed on the older side multiple times and the newer side once. No problems. They are considered the "same" resort but as mentioned one is a newer phase. Its pretty much just across the street to each phase so is walking distance.

Their main pool which is a volcano pool with slide is on the older side, the turtle shape pool and kids pool is on the newer side along with a mini golf course. You can use everything on each side.

I think the location is great (across the street from an entrance to Disney and downtown Disney) and having all that space and a kitchen can save lots of $$$

We're on our way down to CP in a very short while!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

My cousins are owners there and we've stayed with them nearly every year for the past 8 years or so and we love it every time we go.:)

Great place with lots of room for everyone to move around in and the pools are really well looked after as well. There are 3 large pools in total with hot tubs beside each one.:D And a very nice mini golf too.

If you are able to use the search feature you'll find lots of information on CP.

If you have any particular questions feel free to PM me and I'll be more than happy to answer them for you.:sunny:

Thank you so much for your positive replies, I think you've talked me into my Birthday/Easter weekend trip!! This location is also great because of the shortcut to Universal Studios (avoiding I4) & Smashmouth will be there for the Mardi Gras concert that weekend!

Oooh Smashmouth, my daughter would love to see them and she is only 9! Shrek ya know!
