Cypress Point Grand Villa's supplies

I am leaving on Saturday for a week stay in Cypress Point Grand Villa's. I have never stayed here before but have stayed in numerous timeshares & each are different. Can anyone tell me if there is a welcome supply basket/box with things like dish soap, roll of paper towels, dish washer detergent, etc... I will be staying in a 2 bedroom and was also wondering about soaps for the bathrooms? I know one place I stayed at supplied only one roll of toilet paper and you had to purchase the rest. I don't mind purchasing or bringing, I would just like to know ahead of time.. tia

think it also had limited toliet paper - it has been a long time since I visited it.

that say - there is a Winnie-Dixie is walking distance. So don't worry about needing your stuff before you get there.

I am a BJ's club member and buy that sort of stuff in the large packs. I can easily bring it with me. I am trying to cut down on amount of time having to shop/go to a grocery store I know I will have to go for some stuff. Also I can save $$$$ if I bring it from home. Sounds crazy, but then I feel like it didn't come from the budget I had for the trip.. yes, strange way of thinking... It will be just me & DH driving up ( I am just under the 3 hour threshold drive) so space and bringing it is no problem. I have an SUV.

As you are driving it makes it easy to bring a few extra things along (or take leftovers with you) so it pays to think ahead.

The unit comes fully supplied but some items - such as dish washer detergent, shampoo, bar soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper - MAY be less than you need for a full week stay. They supply a starter kit of those items but use one - or in some cases the few supplied such as toilet paper - and you may need a few more over the week. Plan to bring a few and you'll be fine and not have to run out even to the very close by Wynn Dixie.

Sponge / scourer
Dish cloth
Tea Towel
Pan Holder
2 kitchen rolls
Bin Bags
Coffee pack - we didn't use it, as we prefer to buy our own

Plus full supply of kitchen utensils, plates and bowls etc.

Bathroom
2 shampoos
2 soaps
2 boxes of tissues
2 rolls of toilet paper + one in the toilet
Bin Bags
4 face cloths
4 hand towels
4 bath towels
4 pool towels

We just stayed in a one bedroom for 2 weeks, so we had no washer or dish washer, but this is what we got:

Kitchen
Washing up liquid
Sponge / scourer
Dish cloth
Tea Towel
Pan Holder
2 kitchen rolls
Bin Bags
Coffee pack - we didn't use it, as we prefer to buy our own

Plus full supply of kitchen utensils, plates and bowls etc.

Bathroom

2 rolls of toilet paper + one in the toilet

4 face cloths

4 bath towels
4 pool towels

just a few more questions..

the bathroom supplies, was that each bathroom (2 rolls tp in each?) and towels, not 4 total for only 4 people right? Unit sleeps 6.

I have set aside already...... 2 rolls TP, 2 Paper towels, sponge, 1 brillo pad, dish detergent & dishwasher detergent, soap & I always bring my own shampoo, conditioner & lotion

For the pull out in the living room, they did have extra sheets & pillows correct? I have actually been in some where I had to request it. Yes, they did supply it but silly me didn't realize it until very late when we went to make up the sofa bed...

I actually have been cooking today since it was a nasty day here. I cooked up some frozen veggies, flavored rice, Spanish rice w/black beans, tuna casserole and now am working on potatoes. I am freezing them to take up with me to cut down on what I actually have to make (as opposed to heating up). My sister is making sauce & meatballs. I think tomorrow I will run out and get some ground beef and brown that, so that is done too. Watch, I will forget all my food... that is ok, if I do, my kids (adult kids) will be set while I am gone

We only had a one bedroom, so we only had the one bathroom, and ours would only sleep 4. So I would imagine there will be enough towels for 6 in the 2 bed. I can't help on the bathroom supplies front, whether they'll supply per bathroom or not I don't know

There were spare sheets and blankets in the wardrobe for the Sofabed, and there was extra pillows too, but I would double check once you get in there.

thank you so much for your help! I have everything ready to go for tomorrow am.. I am going to head out early, drive over, do my check in paperwork, (and if I am lucky enough to have a unit ready, I will drop my stuff off), then head over to Universal. I am meeting my sister there... going to see REO Speedwagon & Pat Benatar..
